Register Your Complaint
Submit your grievance via email to our Investor Grievance Redressal Officer or through the SCORES portal (SEBI Complaints Redress System).
Acknowledgement
You will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within 48 hours of submission with a unique reference number.
Investigation & Resolution
Our team will investigate the matter and work towards resolution within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
Closure & Feedback
Once resolved, you will be notified of the outcome. If unsatisfied, you may escalate to SEBI SCORES platform.
